Intuitive eating is a radical  an approach to eating, food, and body image that rejects pervasive diet culture messaging. Intuitive eating is, in a sense, the anti-diet; instead of focusing on losing weight and ignoring our body’s natural signals of hunger and fullness, intuitive eating encourages us to honor our emotions, bodies, and what is best for our own well-being.
